About our client
Our client is a top tier global Fixed Income Asset Management firm with ca 140 Bn AUM in Europe and ca 1350 Bn AUM globally; the Munich office is recruiting for several Associates in their Communications/Marketing department.
Responsibilities
- As core team members of the Communications/Marketing department the Associates work closely with investment professionals and European client facing, business development and product management teams to create customized presentation meeting materials for use with clients and prospects
- Responsibilities include creating and updating materials as well as providing research support from an array of 3rd party, internal database and application sources for market data, economic indicators, account performance, risk metrics, strategy updates, market outlooks and more
- Liaise regularly with account and product managers in various internal departments and offices globally
- Manage stakeholder expectations while responding with pace, efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines is critical
Skills we’re looking for
- An excellent academic record; with a preferred major in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in teams
- Strong analytical skills and presentation design fundamentals
- An understanding or general interest in financial markets or the investment management business ideally with some related work experience
- Fluent in German and English; able to perform ad hoc English/German translations of content on an as needed basis
