Communications Executive recruitment
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Communications Executive at our client; a leading investment manager in the City of London.
The communications executive will support the London-based senior marketing and the internal communications managers with the development and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns and to support the internal communication team in fulfilling its day to day deliverables and managing its main communication channels. Key responsibilities:
- Project administration, cost management and associated admin
- Generalist support across all business lines
- Assist with the design, development and production of both printed and online materials
- Provide concept ideas and conduct image searches in line with project rationale
- Assist with the roll out of integrated campaigns
- Brand custodian and advise on brand compliance
- Event support - provision of marketing materials for events
- Day-to-day administration of the internal communication email bulletin process
- Content manage the firm's corporate website
The successful communications executive will possess:
- Strong academic attainment
- Solid experience of corporate communications (across marketing and internal communications and including the development and production of brochures, advertising, multi-media communications and of working with senior management)
- Experience of working in an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment
- Understanding of German an advantage
- Experience in dealing with all levels of staff is required
- Knowledge of the investment banking and financial markets would be beneficial
This communications executive will give the successful candidate exposure to senior management and internal business clients across all areas of the business, the in-house graphics team, brand management, legal, compliance and external agencies.
