Job Description: We currently have a Communications Marketing position with a worldwide financial company in the Tigard area. For this position we are looking for candidates that will be working on creative execution for Credit Card Direct Mail offers. You will work with agency and Internal teams to confirm campaign strategy aligns to execution documents.Help audit campaign matrices, creative packages before production and final mailed pieces after mailing. Manage routing and review process with internal stakeholders including Legal and Compliance. Ensure evidence of approval is captured by required stakeholders and retained with project documentation. Ensure all necessary changes are incorporated into pdf files and work with agency to confirm changes have been applied. Audit all creative components to campaign matrices. Facilitate conversations with creative team and Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met while creative strategy remains intact. Problem solve for issues and communicate and escalate issues as necessary. Ability to learn/understand compliance and regulatory guidelines related to credit cards. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly, attention to detail a must for review and audits. Proofreading experience helpful, print production experience very helpful, must have MS word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Lotus Notes experience would be preferred.
