Part time role (17.5 hours – Daytime)
Swansea Area
The business are looking to recruit strong customer service candidates as successful candidates will be required to pro-actively engage with customers by coaching them through transactions and use of the new digital technologies which are available to them. Digitally savvy candidates would be ideal however training of all products will be provided. You would also be based on the branch floor therefore candidates will need to be warm and welcoming with a professional appearance.
For the community banking role the following characteristics are desirable:
- Digital Competence
- Willingness to learn
- Approachable
- Hard working
Whereas the following characteristics are essential:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence to approach customers
