Multiple opportunities have arisen for customer service assistants to join a highly reputable FTSE 100 company. These roles are initially being offered on a 6 month contract and will be based in St Austell, Falmouth and Newquay.

As a customer service assistant you will be acting as an ambassador for the company; being the first point of contact for all new and existing clients, providing them with any digital support needs that they may have. Previous customer service experience is desirable.

The perfect candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, communicating with people on all levels, with professionalism and empathy. You will have the ability to use your own initiative; solving queries from start to finish.
