CREATE Foundation has a vacancy for an experienced, organised and energetic training facilitator to deliver our innovative CREATE Your Future program. This is a full time position – ongoing employment is dependent upon funding.
The successful applicant will have training/ facilitation skills, be energetic, task oriented and motivated by the opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of young people. The position will also include the successful applicant delivering a successful marketing strategy to promote the program and recruit young people to the program. While a key part of the role is delivering fun and engaging workshops, you will also be required to perform a high level of administration duties for the program.
The position is based in Hobart, however, the successful applicant will be required to travel regularly to North and North West regions to deliver the 8 week program and engage young people. The position will also involve weekend work and flexible hours.
