We are seeking a Community Liaison, to implement community outreach programs, provide education and establish build relationships with healthcare providers and their clients.
Personality will be key for this positions! No particular experience is required, however the preferred candidate WILL be; professional, polished, an excellent communicator, a quick learner, empathetic, compassionate and savvy. And have a desire to achieve goals and make a difference in the lives of others.
This is a fulltime opportunity, with some local travel required throughout the Nassau and Suffolk County areas.
