Days – £24 - £27 PER HOUR
Hays Healthcare are This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse to join the District Nursing Team in Southwark and Lambeth. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate evidence-based practice, up to date clinical skills, flexibility and a commitment to the delivery of an effective and efficient district nursing service. Your experience will have been gained in either community or inpatient areas and be transferable to your new role.
You must be motivated and forward thinking, providing clinical case management to patients with long-term conditions and end of life care needs. You must be committed to patient care, promote selfcare and aim to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
