Experience Education:
Minimum of 2 years in an administration role and understanding of Human Services Management, Health Care
Administration, Business Administration relating to marketing, development, recruitment and public relations. Must have 1 years experience or more working with children and families or with mentally ill populations, urban youth and crisis management, understand of CHBI, state contracted Family stabilization services. This position requires an MSW, Masters in Counseling, Psychology or Education with a concentration in Counseling or Doctorate Degree, not required, but is preferred, licensed speak French Creole, Spanish, Portuguese or Portuguese Creole. Must be willing to travel within the state of Ma and attending meeting regarding, marketing, recruiting and contracted services, development, implementation of programming within the state of Ma as part of a strategic plan in expanding services.
Responsibilities:
Assist CEO with ensuring company visibility in all aspects of the community, establishing and maintaining
relationships with other organizations in the community. Developing and carrying out the marketing and strategic planning and vision of the CEO attend and representing company at Job fairs, being a liaison between all agencies and colleges for recruiting new staff and interns, coordinating trainings and workshop for staff and community at large, seeks resources in implementing current services within the community and in developing resources for funding.

Assist CEO in developing training,seeking and maintaining funding sources; facilitate implementation of
appropriate change in management initiatives, understanding and ability to develop social media initiatives, facilitate marketing strategic plan, develops and trains staff of policy and procures and changes in programming, recruit and hire appropriate staff. Must have the ability to function under minimal supervision (at times acting independently, using own judgment, and setting priorities). Supervisor of Master/Bachelor's level interns. Must be able to analyze data in developing marketing plan on EMR SOFTWARE. Must have excellent problem solving skills, be detail oriented and highly organized. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and written skills. Solid customer service skills. Exceptional follow-through and task management, ability to multitask and be flexible as priorities shift, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Careful attention to detail and ability to work both in a team and independently. Ability to demonstrate professionalism
