Company and Fund Accountant recruitment

This is a varied role which will encompass management, financial and fund accounting duties. You will also have significant and regular interaction with senior mangement whilst  you will also prove to be a key stakeholder to the investment team.

 Responsibilities: 

• Preparing management accounts and board information on a monthly basis

• Preparing monthly budgets and cash flow forecasts for the company

• Preparing annual returns for the Company

• Managing company Funds – payments and placing on deposit

• Dealing with Shareholder Directors individual companies

• Reviewing monthly and quarterly management accounts and pricing for four commercial property funds

• Quarterly analysis of Fund property information

• Reporting fund information to IPD on a quarterly basis

• Analysis of investor information

• Preparing information to external data sources for marketing

Essential Requirements:

You must be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience within the investment management sector.   It is also essential that some of your direct experience has been performing fund accounting.
