Company Secretarial Officer

Our client

Our client is a reputable advisory and trustee company with its head office in Europe. Due to further expansion in Asia Pacific, they are seeking for an experience Trust Secretarial Officer for their Hong Kong Office.

The Role

The candidate will be responsible for maintenance and administration of designated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. You have to prepare compliance documentation, due diligence work, agreements and contracts, and to review and control related legal documents such as financial statements, minutes and resolutions. You have to execute timely transfers and provide full support to the front office in Europe.

Other ad hoc projects will also be assigned.

To Qualify

The successful candidate should be a degree holder with at least 3 year experience within the trust and corporate field. Candidate with certificate qualifications like STEP or equivalent, will be an advantage.

You must be a strong teamplayer who is proactive and reliable with effective interpersonal skills as well as communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Fluency in spoken and written in English and Chinese is a must.

Candidate with overseas experience will be preferred.
