Job description:

Tasks and responsibilities:

• To provide a full company secretarial service for the Group and the entities which are managed by the Group.

• To implement and ensure compliance across the Group in accordance with the Bribery Act, The Data Protection Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations and equivalent legislation in the countries of operation.

• To promote, control and manage good corporate governance and compliance activity in respect of:

(i)the delegated authority schedule;

(ii)key contractual obligations, in particular the applicable shareholders agreement;

(iii)post completion compliance activity following the execution of key legal contracts.

• To manage insurance requirements for the Group.

• To ensure the smooth flow of information between the business and any third party asset owner.

• To provide a central “knowledge management” service to the business.

Academic Background:

University degree in Economics/Law or Finance

Professional Experience:

Minimum of ten years experience preferably gained within the financial sector

with legal, tax and company secretarial background

Languages:

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Fluent French and/or German also desirable along with other language skills, eg Italian, Spanish.

Personality:

Team-oriented personality with follow through and execution skills

Proven ability to multitask and manage projects

Be experienced with working with contracts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills

A confident can-do attitude with strong attention to detail

Discreet and professional.
