Company Trainer - Solihull - £35,000 plus Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Trainer to join to Deliver and Design all company-training requirements and provide assistance with the updating of the company's training resources

Job Role:

•Complete the Delivery, Design and facilitation of company training Programs and courses (Advisor, Employee and Toolbox) as organised by the Training Resource Manager
•Complete updates to training materials and courses as instructed by the Training Resource Manager
•Provide any required assistance to the Training Resource Manager to ensure that the most up to date technology (Webinars, PTTV, etc) is used to support the efficient delivery of training
•Complete organised web based training events to members of the network
•Assist the Training Resource Manager, with ensuring that all training activity is organised and managed efficiently
•Assist management with the development of training programmes for Regional Support Centres
•Requirement to travel nationally for the delivery of training programs

Skills and Experience Required:

•You must have experience in training gained from with Financial Services
•In depth understanding of FSA TC requirements
•Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills
•Proven ability to develop training resources
•Excellent organisation skills
•Ability to work on own initiative
•Level 4 qualified or equivalent or working towards qualification
•Experience in delivering and designing Management programs
•Resource utilisation and control
•Full UK driving license and Car Owner
