Position Overview
The Compensation Analyst administers assigned compensation programs. This position will manage day-to-day compensation projects/tasks and parts of larger company-wide initiatives. The Analyst also serves as resource to HR and management for day-to-day tactical and operational compensation issues and questions.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the annual merit review process through answering questions, providing ad-hoc reporting and auditing data to and from HRIS and Success Factors.
- Utilize Market Pay to manage survey library (updating surveys and matches for efficient pricing and survey participation).
- Maintain job description library by ensuring all job description are on standard template, updating job descriptions where needed and keeping inventory.
- Provide assistance to Business HR with data requests (ad-hoc reports, job descriptions, bonus plans).
- Assist with all compensation projects (e.g. STI participant tracking, STI and LTI award distribution, Compensation presentations).
- Actively seeks out process efficiencies in all compensation related tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 1 – 4 years compensation experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
