Compensation Analyst

Responsible for implementing the organization's compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy. Specifically responsible for the compensation activities for the RTS organization and the US - Western region working closing with the HR leaders for these two groups. Will also participate in the project management and development of the global merit cycle for indirect labor. Principle Accountabilities : Administers the company's compensation programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position. Administers performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets. Collects data about company's Compensation policies and analyzes them to prepare reports and advises managers for making important decisions. Participates in compensation surveys.
