Compensation Analyst
L-3 STRATIS HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A COMPENSATION ANALYST IN RESTON, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the ongoing design, development, and implementation of an HR Dashboard and other tools for use by HR and company leadership to provide insight on the HR issues that drive change and success in our organization.
- Interface with HR and Recruiting Management to ensure understanding of current metrics, as well as the identification and development of requirements for new metrics.
- Audit data integrity in support of metrics and compensation processes.
- Participate in a variety of compensation projects including program design, analysis, administration and implementation of base salary, short-term, long-term compensation programs and variable pay programs.
- Provide guidance and make recommendations to line managers and HR team members on compensation issues; interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices.
- Perform other duties and special projects determined by management.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years directly related experience.
- Technical and analytical skills needed to design, develop, and maintain metrics and reports that provide meaningful and accurate data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Deltek/Costpoint, Ceridian HRIS, and/or Taleo a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
