Compensation Analyst recruitment
Key Areas of Responsibility:
This position's primary responsibility is to be a Plan Administrator for the AIG Corporate managed LTI Plans and includes the following activities:
* Manage monthly off-cycle process * Maintain and reconcile LTI data in HR systems * Prepare CMRC exhibits on LTIP award proposals or grants
* Provide quarterly accrual files to Finance, with appropriate checks and balances * Manage process for Statement Filings and prepare LTIP proxy data
* Support Top 100 processes * Identify process improvements and drive innovation
Required skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields such as math and statistics
* Excellent analytical, project management, problem resolution and customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal, logical reasoning, detail-oriented, written and verbal/communication skills
* Knowledge of financial processes, including accruals and financial reporting
* Working knowledge of compensation plans * Ability to work independently in fast paced environment
* Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
* Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
* 5+ years of Finance or Compensation expe
