The Compensation and Benefits person needs the skill and experience to attract, reward and motivate employees in the region. This position will report to the Corporate Director of International Compensation Benefits and the HR Director. The candidate is required to develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems for employees located in EMEA region, ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives and will be accountable for the execution of processes and their adaptation to the local legal and market requirements.
The Candidate needs
Working knowledge of Human Resources and Compensation Policies and Government Laws and Regulations
Ability to monitor customer needs
Fluent in English and one or two additional languages.
Demonstrated ability in building organizational talent and motivating high performing teams
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
University level degree
Relevant experience
