Compensation and Benefits Manager Job in Dublin, Dublin Ireland
Our client, an international financial company, is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to cover their Western European Market.
This is a one year maternity contract.
Your role will be to develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs across the region.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a Compensation and Benefits role.Ideally some of this experience will be in an international environment
You will have an exellent communication and influencing skills
You will be degree educated .
Fluent written and spoken English is essential. An additional Western European language is an advantage.
Salary 60-70k DOE
