CB MANAGER

An international insurance business with a strong reputation in the market is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic HR team as a compensation and benefits leader. As a top industry player, they are also known to have an internationl and dynamic company culture.

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will take the lead in all compensation and benefits activities, and drive initiatives to develop competitive reward policies. Specifically, as a new headcount and manager you will build and establish the CB function. While supervising payroll, you will strategically oversee the compensation framework, initiate process changes, and strengthen pay performance through benchmarking and year-end budgeting. In addition to keeping abreast of external pay market conditions, you will be interpreting and analysing competitive market practices, and providing solid recommendations for the development of effective schemes. You will also liaise with operational heads to ensure a smooth implementation of all guidelines to meet organisational objectives.
