Reporting to the Compensation Benefits Specialist and the International Mobility Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are :

• HR administration : Ensure a high data quality in all aspects of HR administration
• Payroll and benefits : Provide a timely and effective service in payroll administration and attendance management. Administer specific benefit plans i.e. medical, pension, life and disability insurance
• Annual merit review : Contribute to the annual review process, bonus plan, salary surveys and job evaluations where required
• Budget : Assist in the yearly manpower budget exercise, by collecting remuneration data required for variance analysis
• Global mobility : Through network of external providers, coordinate all
administrative aspects of international assignments, i.e. work permits, visas, secondment documents. Perform administrative tasks related to compensation packages, payroll, benefits, medical insurance and housing. Provide mobility support via relocation agencies.
• Active contribution to knowledge sharing within the team and identification of the opportunities for processes improvement.

Job requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Human Resources, Accounting, Business
Administration, Finance or Tax ;
- Analytical, attention to details with the eye for figures;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Proactive and action oriented;
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity to different cultures;
- Service oriented with positive attitude and team-work approach;
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required;
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken);
- IT-literate : excellent knowledge of Excel and Word;
