Responsibilities
- Partner with HRIS Manager and payroll to ensure annual compensation process tool is maintained and all reporting related to annual compensation process is updated accurately and in a timely manner throughout the year.
- Conduct market compensation, internal equity comparisons, and FLSA evaluations for new and modified jobs. Recommend target compensation levels. Ensure market compensation survey matches are maintained for all jobs.
- Produce various analytics and reporting tools for business and HR clients to facilitate compensation and benefits related design discussions and decision making.
- Provide support for administration of leaves of absences for STD, LTD, and FMLA including notification and recordkeeping. Work with Financial Control by reviewing interface data, assist in benefit reconciliation, retain and provide information to auditors.
- Complete designated compensation and benefits surveys. Review and interpret survey results. Present salient points to management.
- Provide general support and coverage for compensation, benefits, and HRIS, as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional, relevant working experience
- Preferred experience in compensation, accounting, finance, or banking
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in providing exceptional service to internal clients
- Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA) a plus
- CCP, CEBS or SPHR certification a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, capable of understanding and analyzing complicated issues
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access; familiarity with payroll/HRIS systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented and able to reprioritize work when necessary
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Human Resources and other business partners
