Compensation Benefits Director EMEA

 

Principle hr has been retained by our client a global operator within the Financial services

technology sector to source a Director of Compensation Benefits. The organisation has a hugely successful established business presence within EMEA and the US and a significant operation in the UK.

This

pivotal role will offer the individual a high degree of reward and autonomy. Ability to work as a hands on member of a highly regarded team with the ability to think strategically is key

The main focus of your role will be to proactively anticipate the organisations needs and take the lead in initiating and developing compensation benefits programs and processes within EMEA which will have a positive impact on the success of the overall business. Some travel to the US will be required.

Background Skills Required

·         Significant experience in the design of compensation benefit programs within a large organisation

·         Indepth knowledge of Pay Benefit practices within EMEA (or part of EMEA)

·         Appreciation of the legislative environment within EMEA

·         Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders

·         Advanced skills in compensation analysis software tools (e-PRISM, MS Access, Excel etc)


Remuneration Location

The role offers a highly attractive salary benefits package based on level of experience which will include 25% bonus, 10K car allowance ++. The role can be worked from any of the following 3 locations

·         Covent Garden London.
Basildon Essex

·         Dublin Ireland.
