Client

A leading US multinational in the field of medical devices with European HQ in the Lemanic Region.

Position

To join a newly created team, this CB Specialist will report to a CB Manager, and will participate in the design and implementation of harmonised benefits policies and compensation systems throughout Europe.  You will also be responsible for headcount process, budget preparation, merit increase matrix, bonus calculations, relations with third parties for surveys, analysis of these surveys.  This is seen as a trampoline position for a high potential candidate wishing to build a career within HR and the corporation.

Profile 

- University degree or equivalent in HR/finance

- Ideally 3 years experience in CB or finance/accounting background wishing to evolve to CB

- 5-7 years experience in a multinational environment

- Good project management skills

- Excellent communication and customer focus

- Highly numerate with a flair for HR systems
