COMPENSATION MANAGER

The Washington Hospital is accepting applications for the position of Compensation Manager. This position, reporting to the VP of Human Resources, is responsible for the design, communication and execution of organization-wide compensation programs. This includes developing a compensation structure to include creating, revising and evaluating/pointing position descriptions, establishing pay for performance and incentive programs, executing the annual merit program including matrix development. The position will participate in the budgeting process along with evaluating, purchasing and installation of software to support compensation activity. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related field along with 4-6 years of compensation experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong computer skills required; knowledge of compensation software preferred.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER

The Washington Hospital is also seeking applicants for the position of Employee Relations Manager. Successful candidates will possess a BA/BS in Human Resources or related field with five years of professional HR generalist and supervisory/management experience. A Masters Degree is preferred. Responsibilities include employee/labor relations and employment activity. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment-related laws.
