Compensation Specialist, Kuwait recruitment

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the bank's HR policies and procedures with a special focus on the benefits and compensation programmes as well as salary administration.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with departments for the Job Analysis; Job Description, Job Specification and Job Evaluation.
• Facilitate the Appraisal process in order to ensure effective implementation of management approved merit increases.
• Evaluate and analyze salary data as well as undertake periodic salary survey within the industry by establishing benchmark jobs.
• Assist in the design and implementation of Incentive Schemes to reward employees in accordance with the bank's philosophy.
• Conduct Annual Manpower Planning programmes and implement manpower planning and control systems in line with bank's manpower policy.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources/Personnel Management.
• Sound understanding of computerized HR information systems (Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• At least 3-5 years of similar experience in compensation and benefits in a bank in the GCC.
• Kuwaiti nationals only.
