Complaint Handler Job in Edinburgh, Scotland UK
A fantastic opportunity is available to work for a large banking organisation within a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service. You will be required to handle complaints and you will be responsible for correspondence with clients.
You will also need to be flexible to work five days from seven and from 09.00 to 17.00. Full training will be provided for this role.
A credit check will be carried out as part of the screening process.
Previous experience gained within a complaints environment or financial qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
The position is subject to a credit check and a Disclosure Scotland
Excellent communication, computer skills as well as excellent administration skills would be advantageous for this role.
