Complaints Analyst- Top Bank- London

I am looking for an experienced Complaints Analyst to join one a top bank in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Essential - Customer complaints experience, excellent attention to detail, strong computer and analytical skills
Desirable - knowledge of the Irish Financial Market, Consumer Protection Code, CCMA CBI
Responsibilities - Checking draft final response letters, analysing data and indentifying trends, preparing group and FSA reports, dealing with FSO FOS, preparing Redress payments

The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance industry.

Contract role offering an initial 6 months and is based in London.

Rates between £125-150
