Our client are a sought after insurance business are looking for an Complaints supervisor to join their busy complains team. They are looking for an experienced supervisor with a minimum of 2 years experience of working within complaints and supervising a team.
The following duties for the role are as follows
Ensuring all complaints are Investigated and resolved within regulatory procedures
Tracking and ensuring all central complaints are recorded and kept updated for Audit
Produce Complaints MI and Investigate trends and areas of improvement
Manage accurate and timely reporting for the FCA
Provide complaint and recognition handling training
Track and monitor call handling and accuracy of team
Supervising a team of up to 8 complaint handlers on a day to day basis
Ensure promotion of financial products available
Experience, skills and Qualification Required
Experience within building team rapport
Strong communicator both verbal and written
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Attention to detail
Minimum of 2 years experience within complaints and a supervisory role
Hold a Qualification under the CII umbrella, i.e. (CII, RO, FA1, FA2)
