Compliance Administrator Job in City Of London, London Uk
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and busy finance and office support recruitment consultancy to work within our Candidate and Client Compliance team.
You will be responsible ensuring all compliance requirements are meet at every level of the recruitment and placement process.
This is an extremely busy environment and requires someone who has an exceptional ability to multitask and ensure attention to detail is met.
This role requires:
Effective communication on legislative requirements to Candidates, Consultants and Managers.
A full understanding and adherence to the compliance requirements for all clients and adhering to company policies and procedures in the supply of temporary candidates.
Amending and implementing new procedures according to business needs.
Attaining candidate documentation to ensure they are fully compliant.
Supporting the team with all administrative duties to achieve best practice and quality focus.
The successful candidate will:
- have the ability to ensure that compliance is met on every part of the recruitment process by being thorough and meticulous in all aspects of your work, with a real ability to identify proactive process and identify potential errors or concerns before they arise.
- be able to liaise with external agencies
- be able to display a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of your work
- have the ability to develop and introduce new initiatives
- have a strong ability to work autonomously and raise issues to management where necessary
- have the ability to use own initiative
- keep abreast of changes in regulations, legislation and good practice within the industry and ensure where appropriate these are introduced and implemented within the business.
Experience of working in recruitment or HR environment with a focus on compliance is hugely desirable.
