Compliance Administrator recruitment

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To assist with monitoring and provide administrative assistance to the Compliance team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investment guideline and restriction monitoring

• PA Dealing Register

• Gifts and Entertainment Register

• Breaches Register

• Complete monitoring tasks as directed by Head of Compliance

• Maintain restricted lists and reporting function

• Undertake ad hoc projects as allocated by Head of Compliance

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• A level or equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Bloomberg system (preferable)

• Recent relevant industry experience to include some monitoring experience

OTHER KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS, E.G. MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL ETC:

• Good verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to prepare and deliver written reports to specified timeframes;

• Self motivated person with confidence to deal with individuals at all levels across the business;

• Ability to build positive relationships across the business and commitment to contributing to a positive compliance culture.;
