Job Description
- Manage breach investigations / reporting processes
- To Drive the promotion of high quality standards in relations to operational compliance across the business
- Process improvements
- Providing the business units with compliance advice
- Manage investigations, analysis and recitation of potential breaches including management reporting and regulatory responses
- Building relationships with relevant stake holders
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a risk and compliance professional and will have the following
- Extensive experience in general insurance or related industry and in compliance / assurance related role
- Strong knowledge for the General Insurance in particular operations and processes
- Knowledge Personal Insurance brands, customer value propositions, product, underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations including Corporate Act, ASIC, Insurance contracts acts, Privacy Legislation and APRA standards
