Compliance and Control Manager recruitment
Our client, a world leading finance and investment manager is seeking to recruit a compliance professional with experience implementing internal controls within the investment sector. This is a new position to the company, one that will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work in an interesting and growing area of the financial sector.
You will join a growing team in the pro-active identification risks and implementation of policy to prevent potential exposure to issues of insider trading/information, conflicts of interest and non-compliance to associated FSA regulations.
The role carries a significant amount of responsibility where you will use your judgement and integrity to make decisions in a heavily regulated sector.
The successful candidate is likely to come from an investment background and have understanding of handling sensitive information. You will be able to accurately review information, at speed using your judgement and personal integrity to make effective decisions. Technical knowledge of the FSA handbook and regulations would be advantageous.
