Compliance Assistant Manager $35K need SFC exp recruitment
The Company
A multi-national financial institution is looking for a Compliance Assistant Manager, initially on a 6 months contract basis to permanent, SFC experience is a must.
The Role
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring procedures and checking
- Handle trade approval
- Review exception reports
- Handle regulatory reporting, filing and client reporting for the group
- Handle licensing application, filing for the group
- Review marketing materials and handle enquiries from business team
- Provide advice and guidelines, including briefing sessions, to staff on compliance issues relating to the regulated activities
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Over 3 years experience in handling compliance matters, experience with fund house is preferred
- Familiar with SFC codes and guidelines, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
