Compliance, Assistant Manager / Manager – Asset Management recruitment

Our client is a global Asset Management firm with a well-established business in the region.  As a result of a business expansion, our client is looking for a seasoned candidate to work together with a team of compliance professional

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be fully responsible for:

• Handling licensing matters together with regulatory reporting for the group

• Conducting regular compliance monitoring procedures and checking

• Performing staff dealing approval and monitoring and producing related reports for management review

• Conducting compliance training programs for internal staff

• Providing business advisory support regarding compliance relating issues

• Updating rules and regulations and implementing applicable policies and procedures where necessary

The Successful Applicant

You will be a University Graduate holding a degree in law and/or economics preferred with at least 3-4 years experience gained within an asset management compliance function.  You will possess sound knowledge of SFC codes and guidelines and have strong communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is essential.
