Key Responsibilities:Skills, Attributes and Credentials:
- Collating compliance client information
- Managing Personal Account Dealing
- Managing FSA approved persons registrations
- Daily recording of Research publications
- Maintenance of regulatory compliance related training register
- Ad hoc compliance reviews - potentially covering all areas of the business
- Ad hoc duties and support to the Operations and Compliance departments.
Essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, and logical
- Able to plan own time effectively to ensure all information delivered error free and on time
- Proven track record as effective team member
- Flexible approach to tasks and workload
- Able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative attitude to tasks
- Excellent attendance record
- Able to prioritise key task and meet strict deadlines
Desirable
- Previous compliance experience
