This is a senior level opportunity within a market leading life insurance business which is part of a wider global Financial Services group. They are looking for a driven Compliance Manager with Pensions or Trustee experience to join them as an Associate Director to lead and manage the Compliance team.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the Compliance team for MPF/ORSO to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and governing rules. You will liaise with regulators and proactively plan and execute regular and special compliance reviews on the MPF/ ORSO business as well as providing recommendations and advice for improvement. You will work together with the senior management team on the Compliance Planning exercise and represent the group in any related projects as the SME. To be successful you will build strong relationships with both Regional and Group Compliance and global teams.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Strong MPF/ORSO Compliance experience
- Working knowledge of the Insurance industry
- Degree qualified
- Experienced in MPF/ORSO compliance risk assessment, monitoring reviews and compliance reporting
- Solid Management experience of a small team preferred
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
