Compliance Associate Needed
Growing Company dedicated to providing compliance general business operations support for Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds and Fund of Hedge Funds seeks a Compliance Associate to provide both SEC registered and unregistered Investment Advisors with compliance and regulatory support.
The successful candidate will –
· Review subscription documents
· Manage monthly reporting
· Due diligence reporting
· Maintain compliance calendar
· ADV Part 1 updates
· Fund formations, more
Client seeks 1-3+ years in compliance or legal with knowledge of regulatory issues under the Investment Act of 1940 and other hedge fund related compliance.
