Trustee Depositary Services (TDS) is the leading provider of trustee and depositary services to the regulated collective investment scheme industry in the UK. We serve approximately 65 of the UK's leading Investment Managers acting as trustee / depositary to approximately 1,200 funds representing about 50% of the UK market.
TDS now has an exciting opportunity within its External Compliance Audit Oversight team for a self motivated individual who enjoys the variety and challenge of planning and undertaking regulatory based audits.
As Compliance Audit Manager you can expect to participate in the Risk planning of the External Compliance Audit Programme as well as managing a portfolio of audit exercises as allocated. You will assist in the ongoing development of Section Audit programmes and Risk Models and conduct audits professionally, to defined schedules and within budgetary guidelines.
Key amongst our expectations, will be your willingness to demonstrate an ability to learn the requirements of the job role, within a short timescale, to exhibit the confidence required to undertake a significant element of liaising with Client Senior Management, both remotely and within the Client's premises and above all, to consistently deliver a high quality audit product to timescale, thereby contributing to the positive perception of TDS as the leading trustee / depositary player.
You should have proven experience of standard auditing techniques and ideally be able to demonstrate understanding of the COLL Sourcebook and other relevant regulations.
