Compliance Business Analyst

My client, a leading Investment bank, requires two business analysts to work on a variety of compliance related projects, including Conflicts of Interest and Conduct Risk.

 

The successful candidate will be required to Responsible for gathering requirements and creating functional specifications by liaising between users and technical teams to analyse requirements, design solutions and manage the development and deployment of resulting projects. Ensure accurate conversion of the functional specifications into technical design and be the subject matter expert on the requirements. Develop functional change requests throughout the project lifecycle, as new requirements or requirement gaps are discovered. Prepare UAT scenarios, provide input into test scripts preparation and also provide guidance to end users through the same process.

 

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have extensive Business Analysis experience gained within major investment banking change programmes. You will also need to have worked on compliance initiatives before, be that conduct risk, conflicts of interest or any other large scale compliance initiative such as AML, Financial Crime, Trade Surveillance or TCF. A good knowledge of compliance systems is required, as is experience of working on Workflow platforms.
