Compliance Change Manager

The successful candidate will be a facilitator, providing the support to the management in the implementation of the key projects for the bank, defining milestones, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders, coordinating responsibilities and delivery dates, as well as keeping the senior management duly informed about the status of each project. Specific duties will include:

- Provision of support to the sponsor of each project.

- Define milestones, monitor and record the progress of the projects, co-ordinating delivery dates and managing stakeholder relationships as appropriate.

- Chair project progress meetings.

- Produce status reports of all projects for provision to the senior management.

- Ongoing development of Project Management policies and procedures for the bank.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate a previous track record, within a formal project delivery environment, within Financial Services, of no less than 2 years. Portuguese or Spanish language skills are also desirable in this role
