Compliance Director EMEA
The Compliance Director - EMEAwill take the Lead on the line of Business relationship. This role involves:
- Compliance Policies: Develop and assist the business with compliance-related policies. Ensure the compliance programme is maintained. Ensure company procedures are in compliance with policy and programme statements.
- Advisory: Advise the business on compliance-related matters, such as any regulatory developments and the implications of new and existing products and services and internal policies ( e.g. AML, FCPA, OFAC, Sanctions, Marketing, Privacy, and other regulations applicable to Bank Holding Companies)
- Assist in facilitating internal audits and regulatory examinations
- Reporting Compliance Issues and Updates to all key Stakeholders, including General Counsel, Privacy and Control and Enterprise Level Teams
- Training: Coordinate, and as necessary, develop and provide training

- Strong Compliance background inc. Generalist roles - Advisory - Policy within Financial Services
- Understanding of global financial regulations with a focus on those in EMEA
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across a complex organization and with all levels of management
- Law degree or compliance certification (CRCM or CAMS)strongly preferred
