The Company
Our client is one of the leading private equity firm with a strong reputation in the region; they are renowned for providing excellent career prospect and work exposure for their employees.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Setup the compliance function within the region.
- Draft and establish compliance and risk frameworks and policies.
- Work with senior management to centralise the current compliance function.
- Build a team as the company grows.
- Assist in promoting the compliance culture internally.
Your Profile
- University degree holder in accounting, law or other related disciplines.
- You should have at least 10 years of relevant working experience within compliance in financial services.
- Regional experience will be highly advantageous.
- A background in legal, risk or audit in additional to compliance would be preferred.
- Proficiency in English will be essential.
