Compliance Director in Brussels for a financial institution recruitment
My client is a bank located in Brussels, they are looking for a compliance director to report to the head of group compliance.
Description of the main duties:
- Coordinate legal analysis from the legal division and their implementation in the compliance framework
- Supervision of the legal division
- Follow up on the new reglementation
- Coordinate data protection
- Contribute to the efficient communication of compliance of requirements to management/ staff
- Implementation of ad hoc project
- Contribute and maintain of the compliance risk-based monitoring and testing program
Profile:
- Knowledge of internal controls and risk management principles
- Experience in a similar position in a financial institution
- Excellent analytical skills
- English - French and/ or Dutch is a plus
- Risk aware and business oriented
