Compliance Executive / Asst Manager (2+ years and above) – Singapore recruitment
Our client, a renowned international insurance company, seeks a high calibre candidate to investigate sales practices and ensure compliance with prescribed market and business conduct for distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate allegations against the firm's representatives' sales practices and maintain discipline and compliance to prescribed market and business conduct for the distribution channels
- Prepare and analyze management information and highlight any potential breaches due to non-compliance or improper sales practice or conduct of the representatives
- Engage representatives and distribution channels on market and business conduct matters with the aim of creating awareness of the regulations and reducing complaints
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Ideally an M5, M9, CHI, ChFC or CFP certification
- At least 1-2 years' experience with life insurance operations or audit or investigation (for the executive vacancy). More experienced candidates will be considered for the senior executive/ assistant manager positions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and financial planning principles would be a strong advantage.
