RBS manages its compliance risk in a manner which will support the organisation to achieve and maintain its goals of standalone strength and sustainable growth through maintaining market confidence, delivering stable earnings growth, maintaining capital adequacy, and providing efficient access to funding and liquidity.
As Compliance Manager, Advice Initiatives, you'll have knowledge and experience of the regulatory requirements of operating various types of fund structures both in the UK and wider European market. You'll assist the Director of Advice Initiatives (Products Services) in promoting effective compliance with relevant legislation and regulation with particular reference to Coutts Products Services.
To be successful as Compliance Manager, Advice Initiatives, you'll have knowledge of appropriate regulatory environments including regulatory bodies, together with a sound understanding of global regulatory themes. And experience of investment and banking products, including regulated and unregulated collective investment schemes, UCITS IV, funds of hedge funds, private equity partnerships, listed and OTC derivatives, structured products and managed portfolios.
