An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Compliance Manager to join an International financial group (with asset management and securities license). This is a fabulous opportunity to expand and grow your career in a key role within the organization.
The Role
- Managing and maintaining the compliance framework that addresses all relevant legislative;
- Embedding compliance policies, procedures and controls procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and policy requirements;
- Promoting a culture of Compliance across the business;
- Reviewing marketing materials;
- Liaising with regulators' enquiries; and
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 5 years' post compliance working experience in legal and/or compliance in financial services industry or regulatory body. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
