Compliance Manager Asset Management (Fixed-term Contract) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational, financial and monitoring reviews and procedures to improve operational efficiency and control
- Lead on-going development of compliance monitoring programs that are used for monitoring assignments
- Advise business functions to ensure compliance with rules and regulation
- Monitoring investment restrictions of retail funds/MPF funds/ institutional mandate
- Review marketing materials
- Liaise with regulatory enquiries and reports
- Provide advice and recommendations on compliance related matters
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3+ years working experience, preferably in financial institutions
- Compliance experience preferably in asset management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills - Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediately available preferred
