This role is within the Global Controls and Testing (CT) function. The CT function forms part of the Compliance Oversight Program and is focused upon regulatory risk. The CT function covers two business lines (Global Markets and Global Services) and performs control identification/validation and subsequent testing. A global CT methodology is in place and staff adheres to the requirements of this.
- Implement and manage a CT schedules and other items to deliver the plan on time (test controls and document tests results etc.)
- Devise and report management information in relation to CT work undertaken on a weekly/monthly basis
- Develop working relationships with global Business-aligned Compliance teams and Global CT team
- Communicate workload and escalate potential roadblocks to supervisor
- Proven solid work experience with internal controls, compliance (local laws and regulations) and understanding of COSO framework
- University Degree /relevant professional qualification
- Need to work independently with minimal supervisions
- Strong analytical, written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
