Compliance Manager, Banking ($50-80K) recruitment
The Company
Here's an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to manage the general compliance function to avoid breaches of laws, regulations and codes. Our client is a leading banking organization with an excellent reputation in the market. This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity with unlimited potential. The Role
- Perform ongoing compliance monitoring;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures;
- Monitor regulatory changes within financial services industry and advice on changes that will impact the retail bank;
- Liaise with the regulators such as HKMA/SFC;
- Contribute to training modules and conduct training sessions; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 5 years' post compliance working experience in legal and/or compliance in financial services industry. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
